FAQs
Discover everything you need to know about our Radiant Capital Collective.
We operate as a private investment collective, not a public fund. We comply with applicable laws and investor eligibility standards in the jurisdictions where our members are based. Each member is expected to conduct their own due diligence and meet investor requirements (e.g., net worth or income criteria).
Like any private investment, there are risks including capital loss and illiquidity. These are long-term opportunities (3–5 years), and there is no guarantee of returns. Members should only invest if they are comfortable with this risk profile
No. Radiant Collective is not a registered fund. It is a private co-investment group. Members individually decide whether to participate in each deal. We structure investments professionally through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), providing clear governance and execution withoutgiving financial advice.
Each deal is led by a professional management team appointed for the SPV. The promoters work with legal, financial, and operational experts to assess and structure each opportunity. Members do not manage deals but receive full documentation and updates.
Yes. Participation is completely optional per deal. You review the opportunity, receive documentation, and decide whether to invest. Thereis no obligationto participate in every investment.
Each deal has a minimum ticket size. Currently, the minimum is $10,000 per opportunity, subject to change based on deal structure. You may choose to invest in multiple deals or higher amounts if desired.
Returns are distributed pro rata based on your capital contribution to each deal after deducting legal, administrative, and any relevant relevantexpenses. These are outlined clearly in shareholder.
The annual fee covers access to:
- Curated investment opportunities
- Deal briefings and onboarding
- Investment infrastructure and administration
- Private network, investor salons, and learning sessions
It does not contribute toward your investment capital. First 50 approved members pay $500 for 2025. Regular fees apply thereafter.
Radiant Collective Capital is co-promoted by Mrs. Udo Okonjo (Independent Board Director, Impact Investor and CEO, Fine and Country West Africa), Mrs. Audrey Joe Ezigbo and Mrs. Tara Fela Durotoye. Together, they bring decades of experience in capital markets, law, and leadership.
Governance of the collective will be led by an appointed Advisory Board and Investment Committee made up of members.
Investments are typically illiquid, and early exit is not guaranteed. Share transfers, if allowed, are subject to the terms in the Shareholder Agreement and may require approval. Each deal outlines the exit horizon and expected liquidity timeline.
